TIPS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR WORKOUT:
- Use proper form + don’t just go through the motions. Focus on the muscles you are working!
- Challenge yourself by using weights that get heavy by reps 8-10.
- Keep the momentum going + don’t take more than 30 second breaks in between exercises + 2 minutes between rounds.
- Put on a killer playlist that gets you excited to move!
- Drink water when needed.
