This easy breakfast recipe is a go-to for everyone in my house, including my toddler! It’s simple, filling, + absolutely delicious. Don’t be afraid to also add this into your lunch + dinner rotation. It’s a great source of good fats, good carbs, + has lots of protein to keep you full for hours!

- 2 pieces of organic Ezekiel bread
- 1 mini avocado
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Toast both slices of bread.
- Fry egg + egg white in a pan, adding cheese + melting the last minute.
- Spread avocado on toast + sprinkle with seasoning.
