- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 organic burger [90% lean]
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 mini avocado
- 2 low carb whole wheat wraps
- Bake burger for 20 minutes at 350 [I usually use this recipe with leftover burgers so it takes less time!].
- Fry egg whites in a pan on medium-high heat using nonstick coconut oil spray until cooked through. During the last 2 minutes, add cheese + cover until melted.
- On each mini wrap, place half a burger, half a mini avocado, + half of the egg whites/cheese.
