

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup organic maple syrup
- 3/4 cup organic whole milk
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Line tray with muffin cups [these are the reusable ones I use!].
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Pour evenly in cups [about 3/4 of each].
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through [be careful not to overcook or they dry out!].
*Makes 12 muffins
I’m sorry to hear that! I’ve made these 3 times since I created the recipe and they always come out great. Maybe your oven requires a longer bake? Hopefully you find a recipe that works for you 🙂
