I was confused about what to eat + couldn't stick to a workout routine. But, the worst part? I had low energy + felt overwhelmed all the time.
It took 10+ years of researching + trying so many different strategies to create the healthy lifestyle I have now.

My 12-week program is designed for busy women all working towards different, but similar health + fitness goals at their own pace. This is best if you are looking for a community of women to connect with to feel supported + motivated along the way!
Working 1:1 with me includes everything within group coaching, but it's completely customized to your personal needs + goals! **I only work with clients for a minimum of 12 weeks to ensure you form solid, long-term habits.**
