A hack I LOVE to use when I know I need to get moving but reallllly aren’t feeling it is to inspire myself by reading some TOUGH LOVE fitness motivation quotes!
That’s why I put together this blog post for my community members this week. No one is motivated all the time. That just isn’t realistic!
Discipline is what will get you consistent with working out regularly. Reading quotes is a little tip that can help you build that discipline so you can push through on those days where you just don’t have it [which is at least 3-4 days a week for me!].
Find a few quotes below you love + save them to a Pinterest board that you’ll look at when you need some workout motivation OR save them to your phone!
Better yet — make one of them your phone background so you see it every time you open/lock your phone.
