- 1 package of cinnamon rolls
- 4 eggs
- Honey or real maple syrup, to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Spray a small glass cooking pan with non-stick spray.
- Chop up each cinnamon roll into small, bite-size pieces.
- Mix cinnamon roll bites and eggs gently in the pan with a fork until all pieces are covered in egg.
- Substitute eggs for egg whites for less calories.
- Cook for 40 minutes.
- Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Top with honey or real maple syrup and enjoy!
