Description
– A 12-week progressive lifting program for mamas that begins with foundational lifting moves + ends with intermediate workouts:
- Month 1: Beginner
- Month 2: Beginner/Intermediate
- Month 3: Intermediate
– Consists of 4 workouts/week that are 30 minutes long.
– Exercise demonstration videos + easy-to-follow instructions for proper form.
– Equipment required: dumbbells, resistance bands, + booty bands.
– You’ll have 14 weeks of access to the workouts app as well as a PDF with the workouts + links to the moves for future reference.
Brand new to lifting? I recommend going through my 6 Week Foundations program first + then going on to this one!
