– A 6-week beginner at-home workout program for moms that are new to lifting!
– Consists of 4 workouts/week that are 25 minutes long.
– Exercise demonstration videos + easy-to-follow instructions for proper form.
– Equipment required: dumbbells, resistance bands, + booty bands.
– You’ll have 8 weeks of access to the workouts app as well as a PDF with the workouts + links to the moves for future reference.
