I love this meditation because I often battle with anxious moments. A man’s voice leads you through the practice + it relaxes me right away.
One aspect that I enjoy is that he has you repeat things [in your head or out loud]. I find this practice effective because it takes you deeper into the meditation + helps you stay focused.
He has you repeat “stillness awareness,” which helps you pull back from your anxious mind. His short guided meditation helps you remember that you are in control of your thoughts + that these feelings will pass when you’re still + aware.
