Workout: Shoulders + Abs
Time: 20-25 minutes
Equipment needed: Dumbbells
- 10 Front raises
- 10 Side raises
- 10 Shoulder press
- 25 dumbbell Russian twists
- 50 regular crunches
*3 rounds — complete as a circuit!
*30 seconds rest between each set
It’s important to remember that the number of reps depends on what weights you have available! If you only have lighter weights, up the # of reps until you are struggling [with proper form] for the last 1-2.
