

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 egg
- ½ cup egg whites
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sandwich thin
- Salt + pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Lightly toast the sandwich thin.
- Fry egg + egg whites in a pan with salt + pepper.
- Top with cheese the last 2 minutes until melted.
- Place eggs + cheese in between the sandwich thins.
