Workout: Total Body
Time: 20-25 minutes
Equipment needed: Dumbbells
- romanian deadlift to upright row
- 90 degree lateral raise to squat
- underhand front raises
- switch grip rows
- zottman curls
*3 rounds — complete as a circuit!
*30 seconds rest between each set
It’s important to remember that the number of reps depends on what weights you have available! If you only have lighter weights, up the # of reps until you are struggling [with proper form] for the last 1-2.
