Cassey Ho’s workouts are so different because they are pilates-based workouts that are fused with pop music so you actually want to workout! She has a very upbeat personality + her videos are stunning. Many of her workouts are filmed on her porch right on the beach! What I love is she has a variety of different videos, from full workouts to short challenge videos that are less than 10 minutes long. You never need any equipment for her workoutS + she is super positive as you’re pushing through each move!
THE FITNESS MARSHALL
OMG. I am obsessed. Where are my other dance girls at? As a former dancer for 15 years, these videos hit home for me. Caleb Marshall leads each dance-based video with moves that will make you sweat instantly! But, because you’re dancing to really great music + he is leading the workout with soooo much positive, up-lifting energy, you don’t even realize how hard you’re working! And don’t worry. You don’t have to be super coordinated to do these moves. They’re basic + fun! Just start a video, play through 4 or 5 + you have a cardio session.
Whats great about this channel is there are so many full length, professionally filmed workout videos that really get you motivated to workout. Honestly, it feels like you’re doing workouts from a subscription you paid for! Popsugar Fitness is taught by a variety of fitness instructors that will show you popular workout trends, as well as basic weight training + cardio workouts. YOGA WITH ADRIENE
Don’t think yoga isn’t a workout! Adriene is super successful because she is skilled at breaking down every move + making sure you’re not only doing them correctly, but that you’re enjoying your yoga practice. Her focus is to do what “feels good” + she puts an emphasis on not only the body, but walks you through starting or ending the day with a positive mindset. I recommend practicing with her to cool down after a workout or on “off-days” when you want to get a good stretch + mentally center yourself.

Jessica’s videos are perfect if you’re looking for simple 10-20 minute workout videos. She films the videos from her home, so they’re super basic. But, I love that because it reminds people that you can do these workouts from anywhere, no matter what level you are at!
